NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Societies Act of British Columbia and the Bylaws of the KHRS Society, that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the KHRS Society will be held at the Kamloops Heritage Railway Society Headquarters & Backshop Facility on May 29th, 2025 at 5:00 PM Pacific time, for the following purposes:

• Receival of membership renewals and welcoming of new members
• Review and acceptance of the 2024 Annual General Meeting minutes
• Presentation of the President’s Annual Report
• Annual update from the Leader of Railway Development
• Election of Directors 
• Presentation and approval of the 2024 year end Financial Report
• To transact such further or other business that may professionally come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof
